Back firing on all four (4) cylinders this day Phans so grab hold of something secure as the ride might get bumpy, rough and no holds will be barred.
So here is about how the day unfolded … as near I can recall at this point.
The Friday Bring in the weekend fiesta began with a news release from cloud R&D with a brand spanking new craft cocktail.
FB sent a box of her estate-grown oranges and they were SUPERB. We got them to the lab and R&D asap and it wasn’t long before they had something to take to market.
TENTATIVLY labeled the Nanton mojito(and) screwdriver and trust me here no tool box should be
without such a thing.
SO WHAT’S THE RECIPE, FORMULA OR PROCESS OGO?
Well, it’s going to cost you $75 because we CANNOT simply be giving these cutting edge trending sparklers away time after time.
Geldings everywhere want to know so here goes.
Take fresh mint leaves (10-100) and muddle THOUROUGHLY.
Add ½ pinch sugar and muddle 2 (two) sections of Nanton oranges THOUROUGHLY. If you are NOT privy to Nanton oranges, use whatever type or style oranges that you can get your paws on.
Pour over ice cubes.
Add rum. Lots of it. The house is using 90° coconut flavored from our friend Captain Morgan.
Top it off with ginger ale. The house recommends ginger ale made with cane sugar for ‘authentico’
Garnish with Nanton (orange) sections (2), a nice slice of limon and of course some mint.
That’s it.
ENJOY.
Which I did this afternoon in the spa, in the sunshine. Now TOTALLY TRASHED because that is what I do.
I went to APL today and turned in and checked out three (3) new series of programs which should keep me occupied for a spell anyway. Father Brown (5), continuum (1) and Condor (1). Tossing coins for which is first this night when the electric is free.
Got the shopping done in a commando fashion with few casualties and zero (0) prisoners.
Spent 2.5 hrs in the spa while/when the sun angle was optimum and ENJOYED every minute until the sun slipped behind Roger’s house shuffling ‘All Songs’ and it simply COULD NOT have been better.
DON'T YOU FEEL GUILTY ABOUT ALL THIS DEBAUCHERY OGO?
Short answer, no. Not at all.
Engaged FB & S2 in a running text exchanged until I pissed them off which is OK.
Made an outstanding supper and now coasting.
The cocktail has yielded to a fine merlot w/ supper which was vunderbar.
